Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using the ISM Technologies website or engaging our rental and IT services, you agree to these terms. ISM Technologies LLC is registered in Dubai, UAE.

2. Rental Terms

• Minimum rental period: 1 day
• Security deposit: Required on all rentals — fully refundable on return of equipment in good condition
• Equipment use: Rental equipment may only be used for lawful business purposes within the UAE (or as agreed for GCC deployments)
• Damage: Client is liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Replacement cost at current market value applies
• Return: Equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered. ISM Technologies collects all equipment — no drop-off required

3. Data Wiping

All devices are securely wiped (NIST 800-88) before dispatch and again upon return. ISM Technologies accepts no liability for any residual data. Clients should not rely on equipment storage for data they have not backed up independently.

4. Payment

• Accepted: Bank transfer (TT), cheque, corporate purchase order, credit/debit card
• All prices are in AED and subject to 5% UAE VAT
• Invoices are due within agreed payment terms (default: net-30 for corporate accounts)
• Late payment may result in equipment recovery

5. SLA & Support

ISM Technologies guarantees 99.8% equipment uptime. Faulty equipment will be replaced within 4 hours during business hours. 24/7 remote support is included with all rentals. On-site response times are as agreed per contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

ISM Technologies' total liability to any client for any claim arising from rental services shall not exceed the total rental fees paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or business losses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

8. Changes

ISM Technologies reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
